The space This spacious two-story condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. The main living area features an open layout filled with natural light and cozy seating, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need — cookware, dinnerware, utensils, an air fryer, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker — whether you're whipping up breakfast or enjoying a home-cooked dinner. Each of the three bedrooms is air-conditioned and features its own Smart TV: Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: Queen bed Third bedroom: Full bed The living room also has a Smart TV, and the entire apartment is covered by high-speed Wi-Fi. There’s also a dedicated workstation, making Viva La Beach a great option for remote work or extended stays. Guest access Guests have full private access to the condo and all community amenities, including: Direct beach access (just steps away) Three swimming pools Kids playground Lush tropical gardens Gazebo and green space Two free assigned parking spots Keyless self check-in The unit is on the third floor (no elevator), and a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace. You will be provided with a key for the beach gate and pool bathrooms, along with a remote control to the community entrance gate. Other things to note Viva La Beach is located in a quiet, residential, gated beachfront community. If you're looking for bars, restaurants, or nightlife within walking distance, this may not be the best fit. A rental car is strongly recommended for getting around and exploring the area. Mosquito repellent is recommended when spending time outdoors. There is no dishwasher in the unit. Like many areas of Puerto Rico, occasional power or water pressure fluctuations may occur. A starter kit is provided with coffee pods, paper towels, toiletries, and laundry supplies. Bath and beach towels are included, along with access to an in-unit washer and dryer.
