Currently it sleeps 5-7 (+ 1 bed flex room best in winter). FENCED in back yard for dogs, eat El Fresco, walk to festivals, swim in the famous Kelly Springs, rent a boat at the marina. The space The Historic Cottage has been known as ‘magical’ - it is almost 100 years old and was occupied by a carpenter for 20 years so it is in EXCELLENT shape. - Keyless Entry. - 2 cars fit in driveway - free street parking The downstairs master has a QUEEN bed and an en suite bathroom. The upstairs floor is completely OPEN. There is a KING bed and a FULL size Murphy bed. The couch turns into a FULL bed and the enclosed porch (flex room) has a twin day bed- *best for winter / early spring months*. Families with young children & ‘girls weekend’ tenants love the set up. Likewise there is a desk with high speed internet upstairs. Pack-N-Play included. There are 2 televisions for streaming- no cable. The kitchen is ready for cooking a yummy dinner eaten al fresco style on the patio inside or out! The kitchen has all necessary cookware. Enjoy walking to the historic town- no car needed to go to the fun festivals that Mount Dora has to offer. Guest access The whole house and patio is yours. It is very quiet, safe and in the historic district. Walk to town or take the Freebee shuttle! Other things to note We will give you the front door code before check in. The flex room is best to sleep in during cooler months!
