LIVING ROOM * 42-inch TV Open channels - It's SMART. 3 Masonry sofas BEDROOM * The house has 3 full beds, which sleep 6 people. (We've increased the limit of people to up to 8, to cover families where the child sleeps with the parents. * We don't have an extra bed or mattresses. If you feel the need to bring them, feel free! * Each room has 1 portable 40cm fan. Portable air-conditioning is not allowed in the property. * If there are 8 guests, with 2 sleeping in the living room, you need to bring 1 fan. WHAT'S IN THE KITCHEN: ♦️Equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, coffee maker (not a capsule), sandwich maker, blender, glasses, pots - including pressure cooker, plates, cutlery, cups, tray. Grass ♦️yard with swimming pool, great for children and pets. ⛔Please note there are security cameras in the outdoor/leisure areas of the house. It ♦️has parking. ♦️ Area with hammock, 2 barbecue areas, and also a charming fire pit area in the yard! (barbecue with grill, skewer) We do🏘 not charge a cleaning fee! We deliver the house clean, and the guest must return it as is. We do🐾 not charge an additional pet fee. The guest must take care of the relevant cleaning. Guest access 🔸️Internet: The internet at Lu's house is 20mb. However, the provider delivers between 8mb and 10mb. 🔸️swimming pool, 2 barbecue grills, shower, fire pit area, 01 hammock! Important and Non-negotiable: *** ✋🏽Every day, a product will be placed in the pool to maintain its quality and the health of the water, upon prior notice to the guest.
