The house is located in the heart of the village of Oia. A recently renovated 150 year old traditional Santorinian home has been transformed to provide all comforts all located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. A key feature of the home is that all of the three bedrooms has each own ensuite bathroom. The house benefits not from one but two terraces overlooking the world famous caldera of the volcano. Even the heated plunge pool of the lower patio enjoys the breathtaking view. The space The house is located at the center of the traditional pedestrian-only village of Oia. It is about 5 minutes walk from the free public parking lot to the house, please keep in mind parking spots can be hard to find during the busy months from May to September. It is suggested to use a private transfer service from / to the airport or port which I can arrange on demand. My assistants will meet you where the transfer service drops you off and will carry your bags through the pedestrian paths of Oia to the house. Living room & dining room: 3 large sofas, a dining table for six and a 50 inch TV with access to all major international channels. Bedroom 1: It features a Queen size bed and a smart TV with Netflix. With ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: It features a Queen size bed and 2 sofas, one of which can be converted into a single bed if needed. With ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located on the 2nd level of the property and can be accessed from the external staircase connecting the lower terrace with the upper terrace. Perfect for a guest or two who wish some extra privacy but also located within the same compound. It has its own mini-fridge, coffee maker, kettle, smart TV, as well as its own ensuite bathroom. Lower Terrace: The lower terrace offers an outdoor dining table with seating for 5 and the heated plunge pool (37 degrees Celsius or 98 Fahrenheit) with views of the caldera. Upper terrace: The upper terrace offers another outdoor dining area with seating for up to 10, perfect for large gatherings while enjoying the beautiful views of Oia, the caldera and the volcano. It also features 5 reclining lounge chairs for either lounging or sunbathing after a dip in the plunge pool. The terrace also has another entrance to the property from the upper pedestrian path.
