There are shared trash and recycling cans located inside the garage for Aerie guests. - The electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after every use. - The outdoor lighting at the property automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn. - Please note that all 2nd-floor units have 2 flights of stairs to access the main front door, and all 3rd-floor units have 4 flights of stairs. There is no elevator, and the spaces are not ADA-compliant. - Adjacent commercial and new home construction may be active during workday hours. Parking Details: - Parking is available for your convenience. - Each unit shares a garage with another unit, so guests must park in the designated parking space within the garage.
