The apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. It's fresh, clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It has a King size bed, equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. There is a pool and sundeck on rooftop for a sun shower. The building is located on a side street, so it´s quieter to other neighbouring streets. Excellent for long stays. Two minutes walk to main street 5th Avenue. It is 3 blocks away from the beach. And 12 minutes walking to the world famous night-clubs. The space Live a love story, read, write or rest all day from this beautiful apartment. Enjoy the sea, the amusement parks, visit the Mayan archeological sites, walk all over Playa's 5th Avenue, ride a bike along the city, go shopping, keep awake buzzing all night in the nearby world famous night-clubs. Guest access You have access from the entrance to your apartment through the stairs or elevator. The sunroof with it's pool, terrace, showers and bathrooms are available to all guests within the reservation. The trash can is in the parking floor. Other things to note Maximum occupancy for the apartment is 2 persons over 12 years old (adults) or 2 persons over 12 years old (adults) and two under 13. There is an energy charge for stays above 13 days. $50usd/month. Must bring exclusive indoor sandals. Tap water is not drinkable. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Early check in, if available, will be confirmed by email one day before arriving. When you are not in the apartment turn off AC, TV and lights. Use the cloth lines to dry the bath suit, towels and wet clothes, do not use the bed or the furniture. When coming from the beach, wash yourself at the shower of the roof garden upstairs before entering the apartment. Cleaning services and change of towels and sheets have an extra cost.
