The space BEDROOMS This home features 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. There is a total of 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed. **Please note that the lower level apartment is rented separately and there may be guests present during your stay. Your unit is completely private, separated by a locked door to the lower level** Bedroom 1 – Indulge in the spacious comfort of the primary bedroom, featuring a luxurious King bed. BATHROOMS This home has a clean and fully stocked main bathroom with bright lighting, a large mirror, and hotel-grade towels. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group’s convenience. KITCHEN & LOUNGE Cook anything from a quick breakfast to a hearty dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and sleek countertops. It has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Please note: The home has an internal staircase with a door separating the units. The door is locked with a code that neither guest has access to, so the units remain completely separate. You will also be able to enjoy the backyard and all of the outdoor amenities, however please note it is a shared space with the lower level apartment. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •**Please note that the lower level apartment is rented separately and there may be guests present during your stay. Your unit is completely private, separated by a locked door to the lower level** •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit. •We welcome up to 2 dogs. We do not allow cats. •You will be able to enjoy the backyard and all of the outdoor amenities, however please note it is a shared space with the lower level apartment •There is no washer/dryer in this unit •While you will have access to a thermostat to adjust the temperature, the upper and lower apartments are on the same zone, so be please be mindful of the guests in the other unit.
