Welcome to our cosy cottage in the heart of the Chiltern countryside. Full of charm & character, this historic retreat is often described as “The Holiday Cottage”. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a base to explore the rolling hills & local villages, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and make lasting memories. The cottage is over 350 years old so please be mindful it is quite rustic and the staircase is steep. A starter bundle of firewood will be provided free of charge. The space Step inside and be welcomed by a cosy living room, complete with a fireplace and TV, the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Prepare a hot chocolate or coffee in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it curled up on the sofa. When it’s time to rest, head upstairs to the bedroom, where a comfortable double bed and the gentle sound of rain on the skylight will lull you to sleep (rain not guaranteed). **The property has recently undergone significant improvements, including a beautifully landscaped garden and a stylish new bathroom.
