Charming Grade II Listed Cottage

Welcome to our cosy cottage in the heart of the Chiltern countryside. Full of charm & character, this historic retreat is often described as “The Holiday Cottage”. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a base to explore the rolling hills & local villages, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and make lasting memories. The cottage is over 350 years old so please be mindful it is quite rustic and the staircase is steep. A starter bundle of firewood will be provided free of charge. The space Step inside and be welcomed by a cosy living room, complete with a fireplace and TV, the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Prepare a hot chocolate or coffee in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it curled up on the sofa. When it’s time to rest, head upstairs to the bedroom, where a comfortable double bed and the gentle sound of rain on the skylight will lull you to sleep (rain not guaranteed). In summary: a charming one-bedroom cottage with a full living room, kitchen, and garden for you to enjoy. Other things to note Early check in and late check out can be requested for an additional fee and where possible we will try to accommodate depending on other reservations.
