It is amazingly QUIET! We furnish a Microwave, Coffee Maker, Coffee, Desktop Cooking Burner, Ice, Bottled Water, Plates and Bowls, Cutlery, and a Full Size Family Refrigerator. The mini horses love our Guests. No additional guests allowed. 30 Minutes to AT&T Stadium, Ft Worth, Dallas, Six Flags, Texas Rangers, Scarborough Faire, and much much more. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants within six minutes. MAGNOLIA is about an hour away! The bedroom has a Queen Bed, a large dresser, and plenty of room to hang clothes. The Living Room has a full size couch and a new Sofa Bed. The Guest House is perfect for two adults and young kids. Although we can accommodate more than two adults, we want to make sure everyone understands the accommodations. Regarding cleaning fee: After every guest departs (no matter how many nights), The Guest House is completely wiped down and sanitized. Besides the basics (bathroom cleaned, clean towels, clean sheets, etc...), every surface is wiped down including door knobs, floors, keys, refrigerator, etc...
