Relax and Enjoy Private Guest House. We live in Main House on the property. Enjoy privacy and quiet with great sunrises and sunsets with coffee (provided), or a glass of wine. View the stars as you are away from the city lights. Close to BSW Hospital-Waxahachie. Located 30 minutes to downtown Dallas, Ft. Worth, Arlington, and to most tourist attractions. Feed our two miniature horses. Carrots furnished ! Disinfecting was always part of our cleaning program and meets CDC Guidelines. The space Enjoy the stars or even help feed our two miniature horses. You will need a car. Ride share companies do not service the area or are very expensive. Complete privacy is yours as you relax poolside. Beyond the pool are 60 acres of undeveloped land. It is amazingly QUIET! We furnish a Microwave, Coffee Maker, Coffee, Desktop Cooking Burner, Ice, Bottled Water, Plates and Bowls, Cutlery, and a Full Size Family Refrigerator. It is more kitchenette than kitchen. Not really for cooking meals. More warming and/or reheating food. Toiletries provided. Of course plenty of towels both for inside and for the pool! Other things to note The bedroom has a Queen Bed, a large dresser, and plenty of room to hang clothes. The Living Room has a full size couch and a new Sofa Bed. The Guest House is perfect for two adults and young kids. Although we can accommodate more than two adults, we want to make sure everyone understands the accommodations. Regarding cleaning fee: After every guest departs (no matter how many nights), The Guest House is completely wiped down and sanitized. Besides the basics (bathroom cleaned, clean towels, clean sheets, etc...), every surface is wiped down including door knobs, floors, keys, refrigerator, etc...
