COME SPEND A FEW DAYS SURROUNDED BY GREENERY AND PURE AIR! The Chalet is located in the Corrêas neighborhood of Petrópolis in a RESIDENTIAL area AWAY from the center of the neighborhood. It is about a 30-minute drive from the center of Petrópolis, 20 minutes by car from the Bingen Bus Station in Petrópolis. The Chalet is on a plot SHARED WITH THE MAIN HOUSE, which we also rent SEPARATELY through Airbnb. Access to the Chalet is via stairs as shown in the photo. Ideal for those who like nature! The space We love this place very much, so we hope you enjoy your time here, as we have prepared everything with great care to welcome you. Your pet is welcome in our House (Maximum 2 small animals - dog or cat). Enjoy! Our space has 100 m², consisting of: Cottage, comprising: -room with bunk bed; -kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates, pots, containers and some other utensils; -bedroom with a double bed; -bathroom; -a wrap-around balcony with a barbecue grill; External area, consisting of: -flat grassy area in front of and next to the main house; -sloping area (with reduced access); -access stairway to the Chalet; -access ramp with car (PARKING takes place in the garden for ONLY 1 car per house) -gourmet area (UNDER CONSTRUCTION) Main house with 200m² (RENTED SEPARATELY) NOTES -our land is FENCED with barbed wire and a hedgerow; -access to the House on foot is via a staircase and by car via a ramp (we DO NOT indicate access for LOWERED cars). Guest access The entire site, except the main house. The upper garden is for the use of the main house if it is rented, but if there are no guests, its use is free. Other things to note ATTENTION -We do not accept reservations outside the site; - We ask our guests to use water consciously, avoiding waste; - Regarding mobile operators, CLARO, VIVO and TIM operate here
