The ground floor includes an airy living room with comfortable seating and an 85” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a dining area, and one bedroom with a double bed, conveniently located next to a shared bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find a second living space, four more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The sleeping arrangement includes one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms, each with two single beds—ideal for families or groups of friends. Two bedrooms enjoy partial sea and pool views, while the others overlook the estate’s peaceful greenery. Outside, the villa's standout private pool area features a 40m² main pool (1.4m deep), an adjoining 30m² shallow section (20cm deep), and three built-in sunbeds submerged just above water level—perfect for lounging. A luxurious sunken seating area (-70cm) sits beside the pool's overflow edge, creating a tranquil waterfall effect. Seven aluminum loungers, a sea-view balcony dining area for 8, and 130m² of outdoor balconies invite guests to savor every moment outdoors. Ideally located, Skyblue Villa is just a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk to both Zakynthos Town and the scenic hilltop village of Bochali, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire main villa, including the ground and first floors, the private pool, gardens, balconies, and gated parking area. All indoor and outdoor amenities are reserved solely for guest use. The host resides in a fully self-contained apartment on the underground level, with its own private entrance and no shared indoor spaces. A clearly marked internal door between the levels remains securely locked at all times to ensure complete privacy. You’ll have the entire villa to yourselves—and while the host is nearby if you need anything, your space and comfort will always be respected.
