The space The chalet is located in a gated community just 3 km from the city center with a road that is practically all paved, 200 from the dam with a clean and shallow beach ideal for swimming, fishing, and water fun. A family and quiet community with woods, playground, with a pier for fishing, great for boats to go down, and 40 minutes from 2 tourist spots in the Morro do Gavião and Pedra do Índio region, where there is the largest zip line in Paraná. In the city, we have great restaurants and snack bars that also deliver to the community. Guest access Guests can be welcomed by the host or on their own in the chalet. We have a key safe to access the condominium entrance. We provide control for the gate. Guests have full access to the condominium's leisure area with a wooded playground, a boat pier, and a barbecue area in front of the dam. Other things to note Taking care of small children on the stairs, which is steep and requires full adult supervision. We do romantic surprises to match the price, we provide kayaks, there is a cart to be taken to the dam, to be used with a life jacket and responsibility.
