On the ground floor you will find a living room with a sofa in front of the TV, perfect for relaxing while the children have fun, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and two dining rooms: one inside and one outside on a charming terrace. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one ideal for children with two single beds. Each room has a fan, and air conditioning is available on the ground floor. The garden also includes a barbecue and the property has a private garage.
