Guest access To manage entry to the building, please send us the following information: - Name of each guest - Photo and ID number (ID, passport, driver's license) - Estimated arrival time Once the information has been registered at the building reception, guests will enter the apartment using the provided code, as the apartment has a digital lock (SELF CHECK-IN). Other things to note Accommodation rules Before requesting a reservation, the correct amount of guests must be placed in the details of the reserve. It will only be allowed to enter the amount of guests equivalent to the amount placed in the details of the reserve (although they do not spend the night in department). - Upon arriving for the first time to the building, guests must identify themselves by presenting their physical identity documents at the reception to be able to enter the department and/or common areas of the building. - Minor guests can only enter in the company of their parents and must always have adult supervision. - The rate for 1 or 2 guests is the same. The cost for the third additional guest is 30 soles per night. - We do not offer prior visits to the department before check-in. -We offer Early check-in and/or beat check-out. Depending on the availability, of not leaving at check out the ticket will be charged. -We do not offer suitcase custody service before check-in and/or after check-out. - In case of finding forgotten belongings within the department after the check-out, it will be reported to the guests and will remain in custody for a maximum period of 30 days waiting for them to be recovered. After 30 days, they will be donated or discarded. We do not offer the sending of forgotten belongings to the interior or exterior of the country. - For each reserve, bedding, 1 body towel for each host, 1 hand towel for each bathroom, 1 floor towel, the shower, hand soap, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 garbage bag for each garbage dump, 1 kitchen dryer, 1 dishwasher, 1 sponge and 1 absorbent cloth. - You can't throw toilet paper, tampons or sanitary towels inside the toilet. A penalty of 440 soles will be charged if necessary. Additionally, in the event that the department has a sofa bed and it is required to use, bedding and a roll of toilet paper are included. - In case the guest spokes, dirty, stain in some way the sheets, comforted, covers, pillows and/or towels, the guest will be charged with the amount for the purchase/replacement of the damaged white clothes. Also, if guests break, damage, they burn in some way any furniture or artifact of the department, they will be charged the amount of replacement of the furniture or damaged artifact. - TV, WiFi, appliances: its operation is not guaranteed. Although repairs will be made as soon as possible, rentals will not be reimbursed for malfunction, lack of signal or content, or personal preferences with respect to the cable television service, interruption of Internet services or any other appliance. - For every 30 reserve nights, we offer free cleaning during stay. This cleaning includes change of bedding and towels, and replacement of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. The date and time of cleaning must be coordinated at least 2 days in advance. - It is not allowed to place clothes or towels in the windows and/or balconies/terraces of the department. - It is not allowed to throw paper, fabrics, sand, earth, hard materials and/or any type of insoluble element in laundry and/or toilets. - It is not allowed to paste and/or hang posters, balloons and/or any type of decorative element on walls, doors, windows and/or any part of the department and/or building. - Excessive noise or noise between 23:00 and 07:00 hours is not allowed. - Smoking and/or vaping (cigar, electronic cigarette, pure and/or any type of drugs not prescribed) is not allowed within the department and/or building. This includes outdoor areas such as balconies, terraces, patios and/or roofs. To fail this point, a penalty of S/440 will be applied, which will be charged by the Airbnb "money application" channel. - The consumption of narcotic, psychotropic, psychedelic, narcotics and/or any type of drug not prescribed within the department and/or building is not allowed. - It is not allowed to be with the body completely naked inside the department while the curtains/blinds of the windows are open. Nor is it allowed to go out with the body completely naked to balconies and/or terraces of the department. - The publication of social networks that exposes the security of the department, building, residents and/or neighbors is not allowed. - The capture or recording of images is not allowed, within the department and/or building, which generate monetary income. - Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned standards, by guests, implies a monetary penalty that must be assumed by the host responsible for the reserve. - Any monetary expenses due to repairs and/or replacements for loss and/or damage to items, furniture, and/or infrastructure in the apartment and/or building that occur during the stay must be borne by the guest responsible for the reservation. - Close the apartment door and turn the handle upward to lock it. - Notify reception that you are leaving the apartment.
