The neighborhood also offers guests free practice tennis courts on site. But, the amazing lagoon and golf view from the Carolina Room is really what sets this property apart. If the wildlife and exquisite live oaks are not enough, grab one of the extra clubs from the kitchen pantry and enjoy some putting on the practice green located on the other side of the bridge. Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina.
