The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, Roku TV, and a dedicated workstation with a monitor, making remote work a breeze. The second bedroom features a full-sized bed and a bookshelf stocked with handpicked reads to enjoy during your stay. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms – as well as the dining and living areas – ensure a restful night’s sleep. 🤝 Guest Privacy + On-Site Hosts We (the hosts) live in a separate unit located at the back of the property. Our space has its own private entrance, and your space is entirely yours — with no shared interior areas. While we may occasionally drive or walk along the side of the house to access our unit, we do our best to be discreet and respectful of your privacy. Flower Home is the front unit of a duplex. Guests have full, private access to the front house, yard and porch. The back unit has its own side entrance and yard – accessed only through the driveway and side of the house. 🚘 Parking Parking is on the street, directly in front of the house. Overnight street parking requires a short term permit (Temporary Overnight Parking Exemption Online [TOPEO] $3.00 / day). We will provide this for you if you pass along your license plate info ahead of time! If you’d like to set it up directly, simple instructions for acquiring a permit are included in your arrival instructions and also in the house manual through the Passport App. A direct TOPEO link is also shared in the house manual sent ahead of check in if that method is preferred! The driveway is unavailable for parking as it is used for the back house. Both units are completely separate for your privacy and peace of mind! Other things to note Washer and Dryer is available ONLY upon request! Let us know in your booking inquiry if you’ll need access and we’ll unlock the room for you ahead of time. Otherwise, that room remains locked during your stay. Hours of use: 8am - 8pm The laundry room is right off of the kitchen. — There is a house maximum of 5 people. If more guests arrive than the registered number in the booking, it will incur a cleaning fee of $50 per extra person per night. Please respect the house maximum!
