Ideally located at the crossroads of the southern beaches, Maison Ladoli allows you to be close to the beaches of Diamant, Sainte Luce and Trois-îlets. Shops are a 5-minute drive away. It is a beautiful single-storey villa with a large terrace overlooking a nice private pool. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large and well-equipped kitchen, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The space The house enjoys the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the beaches. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, the other 2 have fans. It can accommodate 5 to 6 people comfortably: 2 double beds (140 x 190) and two single beds (90 x 190). The kitchen is large and well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, gas stove, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle... There are two bathrooms with shower. The very large living room has a sofa, stereo, TV, WiFi and library. The garden will allow you to enjoy the barbecue and tropical vegetation. The pool is 7 x 4 m, with a depth between 1.10 m and 1.50 m, it has an immersed bench to rest in the cool!
