It is not part of a hotel, resort or serviced apartment. To comply with Dubai Tourism regulations, we require passport copies for all guests who will be staying in the apartment before the check-in date, so we can submit them to the security of the building to avail entrance passes for each guest. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Any arrival later than 9:00 pm should be communicated at least 1 day before the arrival date. Please get in touch with the Guest Relation Team with regards to confirmation for late arrival. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
