Villa Ghiaia Locazione Turistica, which can be found on Maps, is ideal for those traveling alone and looking for tranquility and comfort. Close to Verona center, convenient to ring roads and highways, with bus stop 150 m away. Very quiet residential area, internal street closed to traffic, with services nearby. Free street parking in front of the house, avoiding the driveway gates. The space The room is on the first floor of a single villa and has a private bathroom with direct access from the room and a private balcony. It is also a convenient solution for those who stay several days, thanks to the large bathroom and the possibility of using the shared kitchen. There are 4 rooms in total, guaranteeing a quiet environment without the typical comings and goings of hotels. Shared kitchen The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, filter hood, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, and all the essentials. Only rule: leave it clean after use. The kitchen is checked regularly. Each room on the floor has a private balcony, where smoking is allowed (no smoking inside the house). The plan was partially renovated in 2025. All bathrooms are windowed. Upon advance request, for children up to 2 years old, a folding cot or camping cot (if available) can be added, with linen included, at a cost of €10 per stay. Guest access 🕒 CHECK-IN Check-in times are agreed upon from time to time with each guest, always seeking the utmost cooperation to find the most suitable time. We do not normally accept late evening arrivals, so as not to disturb other guests. We remind you that this is a private house and not a hotel: there are no employees or concierge service. 🚗 WHERE TO PARK Free parking is available in front of the property. We kindly ask that you do not occupy the maneuvering spaces of the gates and do not park in front of the neighbors' homes, out of respect for the neighborhood. 🔑 ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY Upon arrival, we deliver: 1. The main access door to the house is equipped with a smart system: to enter, simply ring the "open-door" number that we will give you, and the door will open automatically. The opening system only works for previously enabled phone numbers. It is therefore necessary to inform us in advance of the guest's phone number, which can make calls from Italy and has a minimum credit (the call is free). 🔒 PRIVACY We live on the ground floor, but access to the apartments is, as in a condominium, from the main door, which leads directly to the stairwell, without passing through the rooms where our family lives. Each floor is in fact independent and equipped with an access door, ensuring guests peace of mind and privacy during their stay. 🌿 GARDEN The property has an outdoor area facing the street, with a small table and two chairs available for guests. The inner rear part, closed by an additional gate, is for the exclusive use of our family, including our dogs, which are kept separate from guests. During your stay We live on the ground floor of the villa, so we are easily available if needed. Other things to note 📝 THINGS TO KNOW Before taking possession of the room, it is necessary to have completed the legally required procedure on Tourist Rentals, which provides for the registration of the data of all guests and the signing of the rental contract, which includes what is already indicated in the Airbnb listing. 👉 To make everything easier and faster, we send the procedure in advance, so you can fill everything out comfortably from your smartphone before arrival. This will make the in-person reception faster and without waiting. 💶 SECURITY DEPOSIT – METHOD AND REFUND The security deposit of €100 must be paid no later than the delivery of the keys. If payment is made upon arrival, an instant bank transfer is required. PayPal or Postepay are also accepted. Cash payments are not allowed. The deposit will be returned by 3:00 p.m. on the day of check-out, after checking the accommodation during post-check-out cleaning. The deposit may be withheld, in whole or in part, exclusively in the following cases: - accommodation left particularly dirty and/or smelly (e.g. smoking inside) - noisy behavior in the time slots 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. - Failure to comply with the house rules indicated in the listing 🍽️ USE OF COMMUNAL AREAS All guests can use the shared dining/kitchen area, with the only precaution of leaving it clean after use. In case of many dishes, the dishwasher is available. The kitchen area is regularly checked by the property. PUBLIC TRANSPORT 🚌 For guests who intend to reach us by bus, we inform you that the public service is available every day until 9:00 p.m. On Sundays and holidays, the service is only available after 2:00 p.m. We therefore advise you to always check the updated timetables before departure and to organize your arrival accordingly.
