Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Beautiful three bedroom two bath house, newly updated ready for the whole family to come and relax. The space The pool is heated in the winter months - not in the summer unless the temperature is lower 65° at night. Because the sun keeps it really warm during the day it is facing the south so it stays really warm in the summer months. Please do not mess with heater outside. If it would be needed in the summer, please let the manager know and she can arrange it. Other things to note This home has weekly yard maintenance and pool service so please be aware that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.Please do not lock screen door on the side where the pool equipment is.
