Ideal for families and groups, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and features 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and 4 dedicated parking spaces. We provide 3 Stand-Up Paddle Boards with life jackets (waiver needs to be signed) Book your lakeside retreat today! Guest access You have the first and second floor to yourself as well as the covered porch area located off the downstairs patio. There is no access to the cellar/basement. Outside, there’s a gas grill and a spacious paved patio with plenty of seating, tables, umbrellas and a fire pit (daily permit required) perfect for relaxing or dining outside. Everyone enjoys the raised sandy beach and the sand toys. There is also a grassy lawn area for games or just relaxing. The covered porch (lanai) has a TV, table, chairs and a mini fridge. The ceilings are about 6 feet high, but it’s still a cozy spot to enjoy the lake views . The chair cushions, lawn games/toys, life jackets, water shoes, floats are located here or in the brown totes on the side of the house. You are welcome to turn on the string lights at night. They plug in on the side of the house where the brown totes are located. Please shut off when not in use. We hope you enjoy all the amenities and relaxing views! All amenities are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK Other things to note • The home is on a septic system, so please follow the posted guidelines during your stay. • We kindly ask that you conserve water—there’s a hot/cold water dispenser in the kitchen for your convenience and a water dispenser inside the fridge on the left side • Trash and recycling pickup is on Mondays -barrels go out Sunday night • We provide all bath towels, beach towels, pillows, life preservers, water floats and bed linens for your stay. • The driveway fits up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the raised leach field area and do not block the area to the right of the driveway. • This is a non-smoking home • Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets. • Wi-Fi and internet/ethernet access are available for your convenience. Hulu and Paramount+ are free Firepit - You must call the Hampstead Fire department by 5pm each day for a campfire permit. The phone & fire permit number are posted on the refrigerator. Fire Safety precautions must be adhered. Stand Up Paddle Boards (May-Oct) - we have 3 paddle boards available. Life jackets or belts must be used at all times and waiver must be signed. This is a Lake community that includes an eclectic mix of year round homes and summer cottages. It is very quiet neighborhood close to Hannaford grocery store, Honey Dew donuts, Dunkin Donuts and Walgreens. **See the Host Guidebook for more suggestions. There is no public transportation but several restaurants, gas stations and shopping are within 10-30 minute drive. You are welcome to bring you own paddle-board, kayak, fishing rods or bikes.
