We will be charging an additional cleaning fee of 1000 AED for violation of the No Smoking Policy No Parties or Events While we love a good celebration, hosting parties or events is not allowed without prior approval. Respect Our Neighbors Be considerate of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and avoiding disruptions. Quiet times : 8pm to 7am Cleanliness Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Please dispose of trash in the provided bins. The chute is conveniently located in front of the elevators on our floor. Pets For the well-being of all our guests, pets are not permitted in this property. Damage or Breakages Accidents happen! Please let us know immediately if anything gets damaged so we can address it. Use of Appliances Please turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use. Avoid leaving appliances running unattended. Key & Access Please take care of the keys & access cards provided.
