The space Our 2,600-square-foot home is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the wonders of Napa, world-class vineyards, Six Flags, the charm of Sonoma, the allure of Benicia, and even a scenic ferry ride to fabulous San Francisco! Guest access Guest have access to the entire home, except the garage. The garage is used for storage. Other things to note - Please treat the home as you would your own. Please do not move anything or rearrange the home. -Please respect the neighbors. Do not make excessive noise or play loud music after 9:30 PM. - If guests lock themselves out of the property a $50 fee will apply. -Guests CAN'T receive mail or use our address as a receiving address or you will forfeit your deposit, booking will be cancelled, and be susceptible to legal action. We do not allow guests to use our address for their mail. NO PARTIES! If evidence of a party is found, an additional fee of $1,000 will be charged. No unapproved guests are allowed. If there are more than 8 guests (the maximum allowed), there will be a $100 charge per additional guest. There is a designated smoking area by the front gate. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere else including, indoors, on the deck, or in the pool area. A $500 smoking fee will apply if there is evidence of smoking or drug use.
