HOUSE RULES - Check-in/out: Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you arrive early or need a late departure, feel free to drop off your luggage between 9 AM and 3 PM – our team will be more than happy to assist you! - Occupancy: Our cozy spaces accommodate 2 people for a one-bedroom unit, 4 people for a two-bedroom unit, and 6 people for a three-bedroom unit. Extra person will be required an extra bed with an additional charge of IDR 500.000 net per night - Pets and Durian: As much as we love pets and durians, our property isn’t suitable for them. IDR 2.000.000 will be charged for any violation. Thank you for understanding! - Quiet Hours: To keep the peace, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Prohibited Items: We have a strict no-drug policy. - No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free. A deep cleaning fee of IDR 1 million will be charged for any violations. - No Parties/Events: We kindly ask that you don’t host parties or events. - Electricity: For stays under 28 nights, electricity is included. For longer stays, electricity is not included. Please contact our team for top-up assistance. - Belongings: Please use the safety box for your valuables. We’re not responsible for any missing items, so better safe than sorry! - Children Policy: Children aged under 12 years who share a bed with their parents stay free of charge.
