Please help us protect this land, the forest, and our community. 🔇 Quiet Hours (11pm–7am) Respectful stillness helps keep the magic of the forest alive — and the neighbors happy. 🚪 Private Entrance You'll descend a short flight of stairs, then follow a flagstone path to your door. If parked above the driveway, you’ll roll bags down a paved incline. 🚽 Septic System Awareness Toilet paper only — no wipes or hygiene products. No oils, bleach, or food scraps down the sink. Septic systems rely on delicate microbiomes. The hosts live upstairs with one dog and have a separate entrance and deck. One host works from home. We like to connect and support guests with their needs and questions, so don't hesitate to text us anytime. Other things to note Temperature & Comfort: The temperature is controlled by the upstairs home. If adjustments are needed, please text us. We also provide fans and space heaters for your comfort. Fresh mountain air is wonderful, but please keep screen doors closed to avoid insects or critters. Local Attractions/Activities: Explore the beauty of Boulder with nearby hiking trails, the iconic Flatirons, and scenic views. You can also visit downtown Boulder, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and the vibrant atmosphere of this mountain town.
