The villa is powered by the electric company, solar, and a UPS battery backup system. The residence community has automatic backup generators that activate when the electric company supply is cut. There’s also a 1,000-liter water tank as a backup. You won’t experience power or water outages. The villa has a built-in drinking-water filtration system, so you don’t need to buy filtered water bottles.
