Bathroom: The bathroom is spacious and features a large shower, providing an excellent experience of comfort and convenience. Garden: The real highlight of the house is the large garden, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors. The dining area is ideal for alfresco meals, while the seating corner is perfect for socialising. Don’t forget to use the barbecue for unforgettable cookouts! Public parking is available in front of the property. Private parking is also available for maximum security (surcharge applies). We hope this space makes you feel at home during your stay! Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the private garden, which is completely fenced around the perimeter. Access to the building's common areas is permitted, while entry to the garage is reserved exclusively for those who have booked private parking (a service that requires a supplement). The garden is for the exclusive use of guests and is not accessible to outsiders. In addition, entry to the house is only allowed for registered guests, unless specifically pre-authorized by us. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. We highly value the peace and relaxation that the surrounding area offers, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighborhood during their stay, particularly by observing quiet hours after 10:00 PM. For safety and management reasons, no extra guests beyond those booked are allowed in the property without our prior authorization.
