The space Private apartment of 100sqm with two double bedrooms and private parking. Going up the stairs from the independent entrance, you enter the bright living room with a kitchenette. This space is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes dishes, pots, cutlery, coffee makers, oven, refrigerator, freezer, cooktop and microwave. From the living room, a large terrace opens up that offers unparalleled views of the surrounding fields and the city of Assisi. Also on this level is a double bedroom, equipped with a balcony and furnished with a comfortable bed with a mattress, mattress cover and two pillows with pillow covers. Adjacent to the room is the bathroom, complete with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. Bed linen and towels (body and face towel + bath mat) for 2 people included in the Airbnb price. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a suite with a double bed and access to a semi-covered walk-on terrace. This terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Subasio, the countryside and the city of Assisi. The second bathroom is also located on the second floor, also equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The washing machine is located in the hallway.
