Welcome to Plezant! You will find us on the outskirts of the village of Heerde. A wonderful base for cyclists and hikers, people who want to relax or discover the Veluwe and IJssel Valley. The spacious vacation home, which is very suitable for booking for the long term, is about 2.5 kilometers from the city center, and is therefore close to all amenities. The space Downstairs is the cozy living room. This is furnished with, among other things, an electric extendable sofa, two armchairs and smart television. There is also a sliding door that gives access to the terrace. The very fully equipped kitchen is separate and equipped with a 4-burner gas stove with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, large fridge/freezer and dining table with 4 chairs. From the kitchen, you have access to the bathroom, which has a rain shower and two sinks. From the hall, you have access to a separate toilet. In the utility room, there is a washing machine at your disposal. The ground floor is fully heated by underfloor heating. You can also use the WiFi. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. One with two single beds (80x200), and the other with a double bed with a nice box spring (180x200). There is storage space for clothing on the landing. Bed linen (cotton satin), bath towels, towels and tea towels are included. The private garden of over 300m2 has a terrace with dining table, two sun loungers, parasol and even a barbecue. So enjoy yourself. If you are lucky, you will see the deer walking through the adjacent meadow and squirrels jumping from tree to tree. Breakfast is not included in the price. In the kitchen there are various teas and coffee cups. Several supermarkets are a few kilometers away. In addition, there are oil, spices and other basic ingredients ready for you if you want to get started yourself for dinner. Guest access There is room for several cars on the premises. Bicycles can be stored under cover. There is also the possibility to rent two electric bicycles for 15 euros per bicycle per day.
