This spacious common area is surrounded by windows overlooking the surrounding nature and the lake. A set of comfortable sofas has been arranged to promote tranquillity and well-being. Family room: This enclosed room is designed for the enjoyment of young and old alike. A soccer table and a large TV are installed for movie/popcorn nights! Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our house: 1- NO PARTY ALLOWED Having good neighbourliness as a priority, we recommend that party people do not rent the property. Evictions and fines will apply where applicable. 2- NO PETS For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies. 3- ARRIVAL: AFTER 4:00 PM / DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10:00 As we allow arrivals for 4 p.m, departures must be done by 10 a.m in the morning. We must give the cleaning team a full 6 hours to prepare the place well between two stays. ****** Guest access - Information messages will be sent to you as soon as the reservation is confirmed. - A user manual will also allow you to find answers to all your questions.
