Oceanfront house with direct access to the beach. It is located in a gated neighborhood with a tennis court. The house has a living/dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Separate laundry room with washing machine. The house has an umbrella and beach chairs. It has 2 decks, one facing the sea with armchairs, coffee table, deck chair and paguaya hammocks and another in front where the grill is located, also with armchairs and a table. The space The house is located in a gated community located within a natural forest, with its own descent to the beach. It has two decks, one with a direct ocean view and the other with a grill for the cooler days. We don't rent to young people. Only families. Guest access People staying at home are entitled to use the tennis court for a fee. Other things to note The house is a few minutes walk from places to eat and supermarkets.
