Therefore, insects alone are generally not grounds for a refund or discount. 【External Environment】 Noise from nearby construction, everyday sounds from neighbors, or temporary odors from outside the property may occasionally occur. As these are external factors beyond our control, they are generally not eligible for refunds or discounts. 【About the Elevator】 The elevator machine room is located on the rooftop. Due to the building's structure, it can only be accessed through the balcony next to the kitchen inside the guest room. In the unlikely event of an emergency elevator malfunction, staff or maintenance personnel may need to pass through the guest room in order to ensure safety and carry out necessary repairs.
