Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage located in the heart of Newberry’s charming Country Way neighborhood. Perfect for families, couples, solo travelers, or business trips, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Your bed's always fresh at Newberry Nest! The space Bedrooms: A queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed in the second bedroom, both with plush linens for a restful stay. Bathrooms: The master bath is a luxurious retreat with a spacious shower featuring three showerheads and a built-in seat. The second bathroom is a full hall bath with a convenient shower/tub combo. Living Spaces: The open-concept layout has a large, comfortable living room with high ceilings and modern finishes. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with all the essentials, plus an air fryer, personal-size blender, and a full coffee bar. Enjoy meals at the dining table (seats 4) or the kitchen bar (seats 4). Workspace: Two dedicated desks provide the perfect setup for remote work. Laundry: A full laundry room is available for your convenience. Garage is not accessible for guests. Outdoor Living Step onto the back patio, where you can relax with your morning coffee, or enjoy a meal at the outdoor table and chairs. The fenced yard provides privacy, and the home includes driveway parking in a safe, quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. Neighborhood Highlights: Walk to the nearby town square for restaurants and boutique shopping. (There is no guest access to the garage.) Other things to note Checkout time is 11:00 AM. If you need extra time, please reach out in advance, and I'll do my best to accommodate. Late checkouts past 11:00 AM will result in a fee of $20 per hour. Thank you for respecting our schedule! Guest Limit & Extra Guest Policy: The home is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with two beds. I typically do not allow more than 4. However, if you’re traveling with young children or an extra family member, feel free to message me with details — I’m happy to consider requests on a case-by-case basis. An air mattress is available if needed. Note: A $25 per night fee applies for each guest beyond 4 people, if approved. You must have approval to bring more than 4. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. No pets allowed. No exceptions. Unauthorized pets will result in cancellation of your stay. No smoking on the premises.
