The apartment is located in a quiet sleeping area that looks like an urban park. 5 minutes walk to the sea and 12 minutes walk to the metro or train station. It takes 15 minutes for the train to reach the city center from Badalona station. If you're looking for a quiet and safe place to rest and avoid tourists, this is an excellent choice. During your stay The owner will be there, but not always at home. It is important to not disturb our neighbours, because they are old people and just afraid of any strangers.
