The large master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and direct access to the backyard (also with an attached ensuite bathroom). There are three more bedrooms down the hall, each with one queen bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is shared by these three bedrooms. Pet fee: $75/ pet per night, max of 5 Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees. From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather. The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary! Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
