15 mins to Watkins Glen Int., Watkins Glen St. Park, & Seneca Lake Wine Trail. 20 minutes to The Windmill Farm & Craft Market. Dog friendly. Located conveniently between Seneca, Keuka, & Lamoka Lakes. Completely off-grid & offers a *glamping* experience with the comforts of a cabin. A private yard offers plenty of room for kids & dogs to play. A fantastic location for outdoor enthusiasts with interests of all kinds! Single night stays $225. *AC is add-on amenity $20 per night, or bring own gas The space Lights and outlets powered by solar energy. Please use sparingly especially on overcast days. Stove, refrigerator and Mr. Heater wall mount are operate using propane. Oscillating space heaters (spring, fall). Bedding: 1st floor has a comfy full size pull out couch. 2nd floor loft has a queen and 2-twins sized beds. A portable divider is provided for privacy. Kitchen: Fully functional traditional kitchen with a few modern appliances. Clean, filtered water available in the kitchen. *Please note that there is no running water, as you would expect in a typical home. However, we do provide ample drinking water & potable water for washing dishes. There is a sink inside with clean drinking water that is operated with an easy to use manual hand pump. Bathroom: The bathroom and shower are detached and next to the cabin. On demand hot water in the shower. Not potable. Water is from local fire stations or collected rain water(filtered) and is stored in a 55 gallon drums. Water takes a few seconds to warm up. Please try to take a quick showers. To prevent damages, dogs are not to be left unattended inside the cabin without a kennel (not provided). Any damages will be submitted to Airbnb and reimbursement will be requested. Cats are not allowed. Everything is logged in inventory. An assessed cleaning fee will only be charged if unreasonable messes are left behind. Guest access You may explore as you like within the 2 acres. Take a short drive, about 2 miles, to Sugar Hill State Forest for an all day hike. May be booked for bow hunting. Only during corresponding hunting season AND only with proof of NY 8W current hunting license. When apple trees are ripe in late summer feel free to have a few. They're delicious. Other things to note Self check-in. Keypad code given day of check-in. More than 6 guests are welcome but you may need to bring an air-mattress & extra bedding. A full size air mattress will fit on the first floor, but may interfere with walkways. No charge for firewood. Flames cannot be taller than 3 feet. Water jug must be near fire when using the fire pit. Please be careful when having a fire.
