This extra-large (13’ x 15’) master bedroom features soaring redwood ceilings, authentic mid-century modern teak furniture, and your own private bathroom with a combo tub/shower—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, hiking in the redwoods, or exploring the vibrant local scene. Surfers and cyclists, rejoice: rinse off in the outdoor shower and securely store your bike or board behind a locking gate. Step outside your entrance onto a large, shared deck nestled under the canopy of a redwood tree. Fast Wi-Fi via Google mesh network keeps you connected and streaming-ready. Quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with driveway parking for one car. Drift off to the sound of wind chimes, owls, and—on the right night—the faint call of sea lions from the Wharf. Good to know: Well-behaved visiting pets may be allowed with prior approval and a deposit—please, no unattended animals. Home occupants include a handful of pets! two friendly cats, two friendly dogs (who may bark at first), and one bearded dragon (who stays in his tank unless you want to say hello!). Guest access Access to the recently remodeled, high-end kitchen with custom walnut cabinetry and premium appliances can be arranged upon request. Access to the washer & dryer can be arranged upon request. Access to the Peloton & free weights can be arranged upon request During your stay I'm easily available by text and (usually) work from home, although there may be a short delay in response time if I'm in meetings (9-5). If I'm not reachable, one of my neighbors or friends will be! Other things to note My college students (2 girls) will be home for the December/ Jan holidays
