The space Delta Garden is a small (400 sqft) yet open floor plan with full kitchen, bathroom w shower, queen size bedroom and living room with a convertible sofa (full size). Portable window air conditioner and electric fireplace for heat. It is adjacent to the front home (were we live) so theres double padded insulation walls and privacy tint on windows for privacy. Close to Bethel Island and Franks Track. You're surrounded with nature and peaceful tranquility. Guest access Entire home. Plenty of parking in driveway. Full Access to backyard, bbq and bar patio, and dock area. There is also a dog beach and access to the outside of the houseboat.
