This newly renovated apartment is located on the sixth floor with an elevator. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and is the perfect choice for a vacation, thanks to the privacy of its rooms, or for business trips, thanks to its high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. It is just a 9-minute walk from the Central Station, a short distance from the Sondrio stop on the M3 yellow metro line, and close to Corso Como, one of the city's most famous streets. . The space The apartment, elegantly furnished, has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail to ensure both space and privacy for all guests. As you enter, on the right you'll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Coffee capsules and tea bags are provided. A window with a balcony floods the kitchen with light and offers a stunning view of Milan’s sunsets and skyline—perfect inspiration for creative cooking moments. The living area is the ideal place to relax after a long day of shopping or work, and it's divided into two zones: one with a dining table for shared meals, and the other designed for comfort, featuring a cozy sofa (which can also be used as a single or double bed, 80/160x200 cm) and a 50” 4K smart TV with all streaming services available. The room is bathed in natural light thanks to a large window that offers a breathtaking view of the grand Basilica of Sant’Agostino and the historic Salesian Institute. Right next to the living area is the first bedroom—perfect for one person, but also suitable for a couple, with a single bed (80x200 cm) that can be extended into a double (160x200 cm). The room features a spacious walk-in closet and a workstation. Heading back toward the entrance, you’ll find the main bedroom: spacious and tastefully decorated, it includes a double bed (170x190 cm, which can be separated into two singles), bedside tables, a three-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk for remote working. This room opens onto a lovely private balcony equipped with a table and outdoor chairs—ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a romantic aperitif, with a spectacular view of the Basilica of Sant’Agostino lit up at dusk. Blackout shutters allow for complete darkness whenever you wish. From the heart of the home, you can access the two modern bathrooms, both featuring a shower box, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and a welcome kit including shampoo and body wash. There's also a laundry area with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. The third bedroom features a French double bed (140x200 cm), making it perfect for a couple. Like the other rooms, it comes with a spacious wardrobe and a work area. A large window with full blackout shutters ensures beautiful daylight during the day and complete darkness at night. From here, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the rooftops of Milan. The apartment is equipped with next-generation fans in every room. Heating is centralized and regulated by the building management (up to 21.5°C, as per Italian law and condominium rules). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi (1 Gb) is available and works perfectly for multiple connected devices and smart working.
