The space This spacious two-bedroom house is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay away from the bustling city centre. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach of public transport links, shops and supermarkets. The property comprises: Master bedroom with king bed, wardrobes, and ensuite shower room. Bright double bedroom with views over the garden. The living room has a large sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Family bathroom with bath/overhead shower and WC. Fresh towels and essentials are provided. Additional WC located on the ground floor. Study with readily available desk space and chair. Spacious living room, perfect to relax in after a day of sightseeing! Large sofa, flatscreen smart TV, WiFi and a variety of card/board games and books to choose from. A great place to cook and dine together. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and general crockery/utensils. Within the kitchen, there is a small utility cupboard housing a washing machine and clothes horse for drying. Two double doors lead you from the kitchen to the large garden terrace. On warmer days, enjoy using the patio furniture to soak up the sun and eat al fresco! Parking in Edinburgh can be tricky; the private driveway and free on-street parking simplify your stay. When heading into the city centre, there are nearby public transport links via bus or private taxi. If you want to drive, there’s a variety of multi-storey car parks in the city centre. Guest access The whole house is yours to use. Some storage cupboards will remain locked, as will the attic. Other things to note Any bookings from two weeks or over are able to book an additional clean of the property. This includes a top up of all essentials, change of bed linen, and fresh towels at a cost of £155 per clean. To book an additional clean, please request via the host at the time of booking.
