This superb 5* barn conversion is situated within the idyllic rural setting of Hassall, Sandbach & overlooks the grounds of Cheshire Racehorse Retraining, where you can enjoy the sight & sounds of our resident horses. The barn was completely renovated in 2022 with careful attention taken to the design & the rentention of many of the original features creating a beautiful home away from home where you can relax, unwind & enjoy your surroundings. Perfect for couples, families, friends & pets. The space The barns ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster & kettle. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & milk is also provided. The living & dining room is open plan & features a double sofa bed, freeview smart tv, wifi & dining table/workspace. Seperate toilet. Underfloor heating throughout. On the 1st floor you will find the main bedroom equipped with a double bed, goose down pillows, cotton bed linen, wardrobe & bedside tables. The main bathroom contains a walk in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail & a full selection of towels. Outside you can relax, unwind and enjoy the, hot tub, patio sofas, fire pit & BBQ. Guest access You are welcome to come and meet our resident horses but please ask for prior permission from either Richard or Vicki. Your patio overlooks our exercise arena where you will very often find us working with our racehorses that are with us for retraining. You are welcome to watch and/or ask questions. Other things to note Up to 2 pets are welcome free of charge. There is a no smoking policy within the barn. There is secure onsite parking provided. There is an information booklet in the barn with instructions to the wifi and heating controls. If there is anything that we have missed then please do let us know.
