South Cottage on Torch Lake

Classic, cozy cottage on Torch Lake 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is the perfect place for couples or small family. This is a great addition to the main house for the extra family members or friends. Cottage has a kitchen and a gas grill. Lots of fun to be had at this great place only 15 minutes from the sand bar by boat. There are 2 docks shared with the main house and the north cottage. Close to Alden and Bellaire for more family fun. There is NO HEAT OR AC HERE. The space Pet friendly with prior approval and the dog fee is $20 per night--1 dog The main house and North Cottage are also dog friendly There is a washer/dryer here This cottage does not have heat or AC RULE: If not a family with children, all guests must be 25 and older. Guest access All guests must be 25 or older, unless families with small children. A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded after departure, if there are no issues.
