Enjoy spaciousness, tranquility, and privacy in this big house located in Palma, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and just 5 km from the city center. The house was built in 1972 and partially renovated in 1999. The space The house has a ground floor, first floor, and second floor, with a total of 10 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 9 full bathrooms, and three toilets. Eight of the ten bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The four double bedrooms on the second floor and the single bedroom on the ground floor also have air conditioning. The rest of the bedrooms and living rooms do not have air conditioning, but we provide fans for your use.
