Just steps away from the serene Shark Hole Beach, this lush hideaway invites you to unwind in harmony with nature. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the sea and wake up refreshed by the gentle ocean breeze. Thanks to the constant trade winds, air-conditioning is rarely needed—but it’s available for a small fee if desired. The space Double bed in the bedroom. Dresser and bedside tables for storage Walk in closet Large bathroom with towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryer. A very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room with a 52" TV with cable. Full and well equipped kitchen. Filtered water at the kitchen tap. There are screens throughout the cottage. I have a therapy pool in the back yard which you are welcome to use when I am not in session. The pool is 4ft deep and 12x27. I am 10 minute drive from Grantly Adams Airport. I am located in St Philip between The Crane and Sam Lord's Castle. I'm about a 20-30 minute car ride from the South Coast tourist attractions. My home is also on the property with the cottage. The beach is steps from my front door. Dis Ole House Restaurant is within walking distance from the house There is bus service close by however renting a car is highly recommended. There are four dogs and two cats on the property. The do not live in the apartment. If you are an animal lover you will love them...if not this wouldn't be a good fit. Guest access Guests have a code to the front gate and another code to the cottage. I have a therapy pool in the back yard which you are welcome to use when I am not in session. The pool is 4ft deep and 12x27. Other things to note This property is not safe for small children who may wander into the pool or fall off the deck.
