The space This house offers the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, featuring a four-seat hot tub with jets and lights, an outdoor bar area, and high-speed 5G Wi-Fi—perfect for working or unwinding. Bedroom Arrangements : Bedrooms: • Master Suite: King-size Tempur-Pedic bed, private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, smart TV, three-speed fan, recessed lighting, a large chest of drawers, and a full-length mirror. • Bedroom 2: Queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed, smart TV, closet, three-speed fan, and recessed lighting. • Bedroom 3: Queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed, smart TV, closet, three-speed fan, and recessed lighting. Bathrooms: • Hallway Bathroom: Features a tile floor, single vanity, and a tub/shower combination. Living Spaces: • Kitchen: Fully equipped with essential tools for cooking delicious meals. • Living Room Entertainment: a 65 inch smart tv, and a Samsung sound bar with a subwoofer that has Bluetooth capability. The living room also offers tons of board and card games, chess, checkers, a karaoke microphone, and a coffee table.: Two comfortable couches (one Outdoor Amenities: • Covered Porch: Seating for six, two outdoor fans, a cozy hammock, and beautiful beach views—plus a Private Hot Tub. • Property location is about 0.5 miles (800 m) to the CSX Gulf Coast line in Pass Christian. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note House Rules: We kindly ask all guests to treat our home with care and respect. ✅ Check-in: After 4:00 PM ✅ Checkout: Before 10:00 AM ✅ Maximum Guests: 9 ✅ Pets are Welcome with approval 🚫 No Smoking Inside the Property 🚫 No Parties or Events 🚫 No Commercial Photography 🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Please be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors.) 👥 Registered Guests Only: Only individuals listed on the reservation may stay overnight. DISCLAIMER: For the safety of our guest and our hosts, we use a 3rd party verification service called SuperHog to verify our guests. After booking you will receive an email from SuperHog requesting that you complete the verification process. You will be required to enter a valid ID. Failure to complete the verification and/or failure to pass the verification can result in cancellation of your booking with no refund. PET POLICY: We love fur babies and welcome pets; however, pets MUST be approved! If you plan to bring a pet, please send an inquiry prior to booking your reservation. Let us know about your fur baby (size, breed, personality). There is a non-refundable $150 fee per pet per stay. This fee will be added to your pre-approval and sent to you for booking. We love animals and we want you to bring your fur babies; however, there are additional cleaning standards and charges from our cleaners for cleaning once there has a been a pet so it is imperative that we are aware that pets are coming and collect the pet fee. If you do not make us aware that you are bringing a pet, do not receive approval, and do not pay the pet fee, upon your arrival with pets you may be asked to leave with no refund issued or you may be asked to pay a $500 non-refundable pet fee. If you do not pay it, you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for your stay.
