Laramie's Convenient Cottage

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Two bedrooms each containing a queen bed with upgraded linens and a closet, one full bath (but no tub) and one half bath, washer, dryer and large yard with outdoor dining area. Kitchen with most everything you need including a range oven, fridge with freezer, dishes, pots/pans, etc. 2025 remodel with new flooring, paint and lighting but keeping 1942 charm. Backyard has a park-like space. On-street parking on our quiet street. Guest access You have full house access, short one owner's closet where we keep supplies. The separate garage is not available to our guests. The backyard and patio space outside is fully yours to use.
