Other things to note -We live next door -1 small low-shed hypoallergenic dog permitted with fee. For safety, we ask that pets are: On leash outdoors, crated if left unattended; up to date on vaccines; flea & tick free and pet refuse picked up. -Maximum of 4 people on property at any time - all must be included on reservation. Max of 2 vehicles -This house is for sale, so it is stocked with just the basics, if there is anything you need, I probably have it and i am right next door. -We will need to have access to show property with prior notice of course. -The speed limit on SP Terry is 10 mph. You must drive through several of our neighbor's private property to reach ours, please respect them by driving the posted speed. -the community fee in your reservation is for county taxes & your Safely protection plan.
