Sun and River Cottage

Come enjoy what Floyd Virginia has to offer. Our peaceful cabin overlooks the West fork of the Little River. An easy drive to the adorable town of Floyd, we are only 12 minutes away from the center of town. Located on 25 acres of beautiful property. Our property has multiple cabins that enjoy riverside access. Enjoy our river trail, amazing stars, and a shared firepit. This cabin uses a high capacity indoor composting toilet. Please take note that directions must be followed for proper use. The space When you arrive at our home you will instantly understand why we love it here. It’s a very peaceful oasis. The cottage sits right next to the river, you can hear the water flowing by! Guest access Guests have use of shared outdoor space by the river. Multiple picnics tables, charcoal grill and fire pit. We maintain a walking trail that goes by the river, up and around our pasture. Other things to note We use electric radiator for heat, and have a propane wall heater for very cold weather and in case of power outages.
