House in Guaecá with air conditioning in a gated community

My house is in a gated community prepared to receive families with great comfort and security. The house is for up to 12 people, with a large dining and living room, Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, a large balcony with an external brick barbecue and hammocks. Air conditioning in ALL rooms. It's an 8-minute walk across the lawn to the beach. Children are welcome (I spent my happy childhood there ^_^). We do not accept pets The space I, my brother, my cousins and friends spent our childhood and adolescence in Guaecá, every summer and holiday since the 1990s. My family and I take very good care of the house, we do maintenance and we are there several days a year. In addition, we have trusted people who take care of it with affection.
