Guest access During your stay, you can have exclusive access to the entire home, including the three car garage. You can enter the home through an electronic smart lock on the front door. The living areas are spacious and vibrant, and the home features a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, laundry facilities (in the garage), and fast Wi-Fi. Additionally, there are 4K Roku televisions in the bonus room, living room, and each bedroom. For security purposes, we have cameras located on the front door. Although the cameras help us know when guests arrive and depart, their primary function is to maintain security since we live on the premises part-time. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras inside. Other things to note Pool heating is optional and available for $100 per day. The spa can be heated for $35 per day. Heating must be requested 24 hours in advance so the pool is ready for your stay. The home sleeps 8 comfortably. Up to 12 guests may be approved with advance notice during the day. A guest includes anyone who will be on the property at any time, whether staying overnight or visiting during the day. Please include all guests in your reservation. This home is pet-friendly for well-behaved dogs. Please review the house rules for pet guidelines. The backyard, pool, and outdoor amenities are for registered guests only and should be enjoyed respectfully, especially during evening hours. The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests may hear normal neighborhood sounds at times.
